Payment & Refund Policy
You can pay for your purchase with MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Yahoo Wallet, PayPal, Cashiers Check, Money Order & Personal Check.
We do understand some customers are not comfortable entering their credit card number on line, just fill your shopping cart and go through our secure checkout process; select “Call in Credit Card #" as your method of payment. We'll hold your order until we hear from you.
To complete your order, call or fax us toll free at 866-210-0072 with your credit card information.
(Please note: all purchases paid with personal check will be shipped 10 days after receipt of check)

Return Policy:
If you receive an item that's not what you expected, simply send it back to us in unused condition within 30 days of purchase. We'll refund your purchase price, less a 15% restocking fee. Please call us at 866-210-0072 for a return authorization.
Exceptions to our Return Policy:
Electronically delivered computer software (including embroidery designs) may not returned or refunded under any circumstance; software delivered via CDROM may only be returned if the CDROM package has not been opened.
Shipping charges will not be refunded unless we are in error or the product is defective.
Your account will be credited with-in two business days.
If an item is damaged in shipping, please retain all packing materials and call us toll-free at 866-210-0072 so that we can arrange for a replacement.
If the order was shipped by UPS, we will initiate a damage claim with them a UPS driver will probably need to see the damaged item as well as the packing materials. For items sent by USPS. We will replace the damage item once we've received the broken item from you.

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments:
If a shipment is returned to us because the address you provided in your order is undeliverable, you will be responsible for the full cost of shipping the order to a corrected address; we will contact you to obtain a correct address and approval for the additional shipping charge. If you choose not to have the order delivered again, we will refund your purchase price, less a 15% restocking fee.
If a shipment is returned to us because you refuse delivery for any reason, we will refund your purchase price, less a 15% restocking fee. We will not attempt to ship your order a second time.
